Hogan Architects + Development is proud to present Cherrywood Grove, a contemporary ground-up residential development comprising three attached single-family homes in the heart of East Austin’s beloved Cherrywood neighborhood. Designed for modern family living, the project emphasizes harmony, durability, thoughtful space utilization, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections.
This carefully considered triplex configuration creates three individual residences that feel private and self-contained while sharing a unified architectural identity. Each home features a timeless exterior with warm wood accents, prominent stone chimney detailing, and abundant glazing to capture natural light and neighborhood views. Drawing inspiration from Craftsman elements—such as exposed rafter tails, deep overhangs, and welcoming front entries—the design is refreshed with clean contemporary lines and sustainable principles tailored to today’s homeowners.
