Sundown is an extensive remodel of a 6,000 sq ft private residence, originally built in the 1980s. Located on a secluded, steep lot in West Austin, the structure steps down the hill and spans a small, natural stream that looks out to a private ravine.

Located within the urban core of the city, these two duplexes will provide an alternative to the single family housing market without compromising on quality of life. Energy efficient windows and doors, this project will provide ample amounts of natural light.
The goal of this 6,300 sq ft remodel was to updated and modernize the interior as well as establish a better connection to the outdoor spaces. New multi slider doors were installed, the master suite was reconfigured, a new kitchen was designed, and a new pool patio space was integrated into the new design.
