Featured Residential Project

Sundown is an extensive remodel of a 6,000 sq ft private residence, built in the 1980s. Originally designed by well known architect, Robert Renfro, special care was taken in order to preserve the character and original design intent of the home.

Featured Commercial Project

Halcyon is a neighborhood coffee shop & bar located on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Located in an existing masonry warehouse, the design sought to keep the existing charm of the exposed brick walls and tin ceiling while mixing in new elements that provide a fresh fun atmosphere for the neighborhood.

“Joshua has valued the ideas and viewpoints of everyone on the team, and his calm, professional presence has been a comfort for what can be a stressful, complex process.”

Required for security purposes, les escaliers de secours for the Bank of France at Poitiers address both security measures as well as aesthetic ones. Building and safety codes required the structure to be enclosed as a result of its height. The modular panel system creates an interesting continuous pattern along the façade.
